Good Day,
After several questions I wanted to send out a clarfication email.
1/2 gallon of pasturized milk needs to be Whole Milk (NOT homoginized or
ultra pasturized)
*Not all chain stores carry this type of milk, but it is available at Whole
Foods, PCC, TraderJoes etc, or see the following link:

Milk needs to be brought at room temperature becuase we will not have the
time to wait for it to warm up. Cold milk is okay, but takes longer to heat
up to temp on the stove.

Berries - The berries are for eating, you will be eating your favorite
berries with the cheese. Herbs would be okay, but spoonfuls of cheese &
berries is better than cheese & herbs.
