Greetings,
I just wanted to get an estimated headcount for Wednesday's Cheese Making.
A few reminders
1. Milk ought to be brought at room temp in order for the heating process
to be shorter.
2. Cheese making is a lot of waiting. We can have a discussion if anyone
has a topic, I will have a couple of things to review.
3. I will need to know if any children under 10 will be coming so I can
have a cheese project for them as well.
