June Officer Meeting Minutes

June 14, 2010



Officer’s Meeting Began: 7:03pm



The next officer’s meeting is July 12 at the Kent Library at 7:00pm.



Wyewood Champion’s Tournament:

* Elisabeth has proposed judging forms.  Dame Elin will also be coming over
to judge the A&S competition.



Officer Reports:

* All officers must turn in a monthly report to the Seneschal by the 15th of
each month.

* The Chronicler needs a replacement by the end of June.  If people are
interested in the position have them send letter of interest to Symonne and
Tomas.

* If you are an officer and your term of office is expiring, please find a
replacement.

* Officer rotation: June 25 is Katarina



Upcoming Events:

* Culinary Symposium – The Kingdom Culinary Guild is scheduling a Culinary
Symposium in Auburn in April 2011.  Elisabeth has volunteered as the
Chairperson for the Symposium.  The officers decided that we want to
participate in this event. We need to put together a proposal to be voted on
by the populace.

o We think we should co-sponsor with Dragonslair

o We need upfront figures on liability – Rough estimate is $700.

o The Seneschal and Exchequer must meet with Dragonslair Seneschal and
Exchequer to come up with a written agreement of who does and pays for what
and specifically how we will split the profits.

o We did not determine who would be point person to get this done?

* Emprise of the Black Lion – September 24-26 Does Wyewood want to do the
catering?  Elisabeth will ask Guillaume about specifics at the next event
meeting.

* Wyewood Event for 2011.  Does Wyewood want to do a big event?  Yes, we
agreed to form a committee to start the planning process.  We want to have
classes, a feast and more to be decided.  The first planning meeting will be
at Wyewood at the Park on June 15.  Symonne will post an announcement to the
list.





Old Business

* Please send Beleg all updates for the Website.  They need to be ready to
cut and paste to the website.
