[Officers] A&S championship info

Attached please find the revised judging forms.  I will be passing these around at the next FCS for people to look at.  That should pretty well delineate what their documentation needs to include and how the judging will work. Or, conversely, I could send them out on the list.
 
Entrants need to bring themselves, their project, their documentation, and any setup they may want/need to do a display of their project (i.e. pictures of it in progress, a backdrop, etc.)  I will make sure they have plenty of tables, if need be.
 
I think it would be well (again probably at the FCS) to set a deadline by when people are to signify their intent to enter the A&S championship.  It could be by notifying me, or the populace at large, or the seneschal, or all of the above ... input most welcome.
 
The above has all been sent to Wulfwynn as well.
