Populace of An Tir! Hear now the words of Their Royal Majesties: We summon the gentles listed in the attached document to attend Our Court at Ursulmas, that We may speak with you before those assembled. If you wish for the surprise of being summoned to Court, simply do not open the attached document. In this vein, We would ask that all who do open the document and read the list of gentles summoned to Court not speak of or post information from the list, so as to respect those who wish Court to remain a complete surprise.

If your name appears in the list linked above and you will be in attendance, We ask that you please check in with Our Court Coordinator, Jenae' la Joyeaux Brandi KubatSnow, before Court. This will help Us confirm your presence, note your pronouns, and ensure the correct pronunciation of your name. Please let us know if you require any accessibility accommodations, and we will do our very best to meet them. You may find them during the day at the event, or you may contact them electronically at RoyalCourt.Coordinator at antir.org by Thursday before the event, if this is more convenient for you.
Know this: being acknowledged in Court is not dependent on your ability to attend. Your presence is never expected, but always welcomed. If you would prefer a private presentation or to designate a representative in your place, simply let Our Court Coordinator know in advance. Do what makes you feel safe and comfortable.
And though you may not be named here, know that surprises do happen. Should you prefer not to be called into Court for any reason, you may request to be added to Our Do Not Call list. This will be a list maintained throughout Our Reign of people who do not wish for public recognition. In order to be added to Our Do Not Call list, please contact Our Court Coordinator so they can ensure your wishes are respected.
