   FCS date change - church is available fourth Friday, so we can start
   meeting there.

      Decision was made to cancel this month’s FCS, will resume in November.

         Need approval or denial. We need to transfer funds to cover our
         expenses.  I am asking for approval to transfer $1,500 from
our Savings
         Account to our Checking Account.


Social Media

   -

   Social media presence has been quiet.
   -

   Discord activity is picking up slowly. Considering a monthly movie night
   on Discord.


Chatelaine

   -

   No updates at this time


A&S

   -

   Wyewood Library Social on 11/16 at Renton Library
   -

   Considering if there should be an event in December
   -

   Dance is still happening


Webster

   -

   Site updated with new schedule for FCS and business meetings
   -

   Replaced


Herald

   -

   Has collected three boxes and a handtruck of herald resources and will
   be going through them to see what’s still relevant to take to events.


Chronicler

   -

   Still working on getting a newsletter up on the page the Webster set up
   on the Wyewood.com website.


Chamberlain

   -

   Nothing to report. Some discussion about location of items that will be
   addressed.


Rapier

   -

   Still having practice. School covered area is under construction, so
   sheltered space is not available. Will continue to practice when weather
   allows and looking into other potential sites.


Archery

   -

   Still having practice.
   -

   Will have a Black Friday practice from 10:00-1:00
   -

   May have a lead on a Thrown Weapons Marshal


Coronet

   -

   Going to Baroness’ Inspiration Tournament in Lions Gate to support
   -

   At FCS on 11/22, hosting Q&A with Their Excellencies of Madrone about
   what it means to be landed.
   -

   Next event after that will likely be 12th Night


Old Business

   -

   Kingdom A&S and Rapier Bid
   -

      Checking out a couple more sites before settling on Ocean Shores
      -

      Hoping to get a bid to the Kingdom soon, hopefully by early next week.


New Business

   -

   We need bids for more baronial events
   -

      If we are holding Day of Archery, need to choose a date soon because
      June is full on the Kingdom calendar
      -

         It might be possible to do a combined event with Madrone’s Lion’s
         Hearts Event at end of May
         -

         Are wanting a local event for the step-down of Coronet to be sure
         Wyewood people can attend. The goal would be Day of Archery.


Note of Interest

   -

   Robert Trinitie reported that the VFW (1949) Hall in Enumclaw might be a
   good site. They are struggling and looking to rent.
