  *   Baroness would like to thank Gwir and Hafpora for the event, Wyewood We Wait: heard good news/words about the event.

*Only people to apply for positions were Johanna for seneschal and Diedrich as web minister.

Seneschal position:

Johanna’s interview:
  *   Q: What inspired you want to do this position?
  *   A: I had a conversation about where I wanted to be invested in the barony and was suggested to start as a deputy for seneschal. Talked with Roxy and started as her deputy. She then wanted to step down earlier than she thought, so now I’m stepping up.
  *   Q: What is your experiences?
  *   A: Experienced in cons and project management/IT. Can home in on diplomatic situations.
  *   Q: Goals brought to the office?
  *   A: First thing that needs to be worked on is the customary. Getting training for seneschal and will work on other areas.
  *   Q: How good are you at working with people and telling them no for things?
  *   A: Very experienced. I can tell doctors no but this with what we can do for you. I can offer up other solutions to things that are not able to be done. Also having the experience of building a convention and getting volunteers, was vice chair second year.
  *   Q: Have you ever been a member of the communist party? Lol.
  *   A: Not that I’m aware of but you never know that... paused a long time…Hahaha
  *   Q: You mentioned the customary, do you have any ideas on how to get the populace on board and get them involved?
  *   A: Working on a plan and will find out how the customary needs to be approached. Will get back on that question.



Web minister position:



Dietrich’s Interview:

**Thanks for volunteering to be web minister.


  *   Q: What attracts you to be in this position?
  *   A: It’s a job that I can do and have some experience with some website stuff.
  *   Q: Qualifications on what you have to offer and what you will need help within this position?
  *   A: I make my own website that I have on WordPress and what the current site is on. Updating errors on the website. Web minister will need updated. I’m good with communication. I am prompt and easy to work with people.
  *   Q: Have you ever been a member of the communist party?
  *   A: No to communist party.





Exchequer (HL Gwir)
  *   Bank balances
  *   2809 checking
  *   12794 savings
  *   Paid storage for next 6 months. Purchased zoom for a whole year which saved 50%. Signed up for one account. $115.45 for the year for one host. Can add additional hosts if needed.
  *   Feast of St. Bubba - $175.00 refunded. $60 went to donations. $170 worth still deciding requests.
  *   Did training a few weeks ago. Went well.
  *   Wants to acknowledge Wendy Dunlop (Wyneva atte Greene) who continues to donate for the domain. Write a thank you in chat for her.
  *   We can except donation through PayPal directly to the barony.
  *   Will reach out to property.
  *   Will send out papers/forms to those who have barony property/regalia. If you have something that I do not know of, then please reach out to me so that we can get it documented.
  *   Library-property. Merle is moving and cannot do it anymore. Gwir and Mir now have the library. Will want to work with web minister and get it categorized.
  *   Budget needed for bookshelves?? They are in bins but may need for future.



Arts & Sciences (HL Sofia de Toledo)
  *   Thank you for the lovely event and for the activities.
  *   Did not send in 2 quarter report but felt that it wasn’t a second quarter but did send in tonight.
  *   A&S has been light on activities. Classes are now being done via zoom. Should be picking up for next quarter.
  *   Grand Ithra- anyone attending? B and B maybe? A few people attending and althea is teaching 2 classes.
  *   Anyone working on projects at home? Several people are working on projects. Garb, etc.

*Chicken blood dress? Have you found the dress? Lol – Baroness Aline
  *   Socially distancing sewing get togethers. If anyone is interest just contact Sheree.
  *   Sofia is working on a tablet woven belt and did finish.

  *   Working on newsletter.

Family Activities Coordinator (HL Aurora Prindel)
  *   No report

Marshal: Archery (Arcos Tymme Lytefellow)
  *   Hosting inter-kingdom archery classes.
  *   Did check the field and will get out there with the weed eater.
  *   Will need to buy a couple of tarps. Targets getting brittle. Marshal: Rapier (Arcos Dearbhail inghean Donnchaid)
  *   Have not heard of any official people doing things. Bridgit has been involved in online classes. In person activities are canceled, so not much going on.  Marshal: Safety (HL Donatello Asino)

Baronial Scribe (Lord Mikial Aldrich)
  *   No report



Social Media Officer (Arcos Avine de Hert)
  *   People are being quiet and behaving.
  *   New social media rules came out. I’m going through them and sorting them out.
  *   Need to put unofficial or if you want to be official will need to talk to social media and get admin changes. Odd shift with special interest groups. Will not need to worry about at this time till someone says something.
  *   Webster(Open)
  *   No report

Baron and Baroness (Alarich Von Thorn, Aline Swynbroke)
  *   Thanking event staff and officers for the work being done. Thank you populace for attending the events, meetings and for being able to see you.



Old Business
  *   None currently.



New Business


  *   12th night- society shut down in person events till Jan 2021. Unfortunately impacts the event for next year. Hotel is expecting cancelation fees but have been turned over to kingdom. Hotel is closed and shutdown. Seneschal is handling it. 2022 we will have the bid. This year virtual event may be a possible solution if needing to be. Worst case scenario would be a hefty fine.


  *   Events o There are several online opportunities coming up for on-line classes and meet ups. This weekend Nordwache Virtual Academia (CAID), Virtual Events & Activities How-to Schola (Aethelmearc), An Tir Ithra over Labor

Day weekend, University of Atlantia Session 105 September 12 (I think An Tir Heraldic and Scribal Symposium is the 12th as well, just not seeing much information).

**Wyewood We Wait- We had about 25 people for classes. Everyone liked gate, went smooth and will send out survey.
