[Wyewood] Call for gate volunteers!

Greetings unto the populace of the Baronies of Wyewood and Madrone,



Twelfth Night 2022 will soon be here and we are still in need of many, many volunteers for gate.  Due to the plague upon our lands, we need folks for gate as well as for vaccine checks and contact tracing (pre-reg confirmation).

We ask that anyone who is able please volunteer to help your Barony host this event.  Gate is a great way to reconnect with friends that you may not have seen in person for a long while.

Please email Symonne d'Aywaille (symonne88 at gmail.com<mailto:symonne88 at gmail.com>) if you are interested in helping.  She will reach out to you to find a time that works best for you.  In your email, if you know of meetings to which you will need to attend, please go ahead and list those so we may pre-emptively block them off.  Friday Gate will be from 2PM until 10PM.  Saturday Gate will be from 8AM until 6PM.  Each shift is being assigned for two hours.  Please be aware that for volunteers handling monies at gate, those volunteers must have current SCA membership.
