[Wyewood] Rapier report September 2019

[Wyewood Rapier]

Rapier practice has happened twice so far this month.  We have had as many as six and as few as three fighters signed in to practice.  Practice was cancelled 9/22 and will be cancelled 9/29 due to other events.

No extra paperwork was generated by the rapier crew.
