[Wyewood] Arts Unframed: Special Attention Presenters and Helpers!

Good morning!

Just going through some important reminders:

--If you're presenting/displaying, and have a tablecloth or two you can
bring, that would be very helpful.  I can't guarantee that the baronial
linens will be enough, and tablecloths make a large visual difference.

--I will be on site by 7:00, and set-up starts immediately thereafter.
Gate opens at 9:00, so anyone setting up needs to be on site to do that by
8:00.

--Basilius and Mecia are bringing in coffee for the morning set-up crew;
please feel free to 1) donate toward that, and 2) bring easy breakfast
stuffs to share (muffins, whatever) if you're up to that.  There won't be
food served till noon, so PLEASE make sure you've got food for yourself
sorted out.

--The event closes at 5, but we should start packing and cleaning up after
4:00.  We have to be tidied up and all the way out before 6:00, because
lock-up happens at 6:00.
