$15 entry, $10 with SCA membership.Children and youth under 18 get in for
free.
An amazing lunch with Wonder Crunchies! will be available on site for just
$5.



*Seneschal Report – Liadain, Deputy Bubba *

·         Time for signing the contract with the church. I am awaiting the
insurance certificate from SCA corporate to provide to the church when I
sign the yearly contract.

·         November meeting has been moved to the 30th (5th Friday) because
of Thanksgiving

·         *I am stepping down as Seneschal with the expectation that new
person will take over for 2019 – Taking applications for position.*

*Exchequer Report – Sara*

Good news, our Bank branch will start having Saturday Hours in 2019.  Which
will be helpful with events and work weeks.

Last Deposit was $569 (Silent auction and a generous portion from Bubba at
Archery, thank you Archers)

Quarterly Report due by October 31st.
Records from 2017 were requested by the Society auditors as a routine due
to large event income that year.
We have around $21,000 in bank.  Savings $11,752 and Checking $9,260

*Arts & Sciences Report – Sofia*

Fiber/A&S Support night, was held Sept 5 (4 in attendance).

FCS class on the 14th was Nalbinding with Tabby, and she had 7 students…

HL Aurora Prindle’s Sewing Nights occurred only on the 17th, due to
September Crown interfering with what would have been the first Sewing
night. The count for September is 5.

Culinary re-boot occurred for the first time on the 22nd, there were 4
participants.

The first Dance Class occurred on the 27th – numbers to be provided on the
28th!

Events/Activities to come:

We need FCS classes for 10/12 and 11/9!!!

Fiber/A&S Support night: 10/3

Dance Classes:             dates to be confirmed

Sewing Nights:             10/1, 10/15, 10/29

Early Medieval Knitting Preview: 10/21

Culinary:                      10/27

*Herald/Pursuivant Report – Avine*

A few consults are on-going and will handled by current deputies.

Alarich is our new Herald/Pursuivant and our office turn-over will be
happening as of this month's business meeting and continuing into next
month.

*Archery Report – Tymme*
Archery is still happening.  Cancelled some practices due to events.

Archery Fest was awesome, Wyewood had the highest # of attendance.


*Tymme got the “Ludicrous Bowman” award at September Crown *HUZZAH!” Ranked
#4 in the KNOWNE WORLD!*

It was our last Wed practice of the year, and it was fun.
13 people came out to take advantage of another opportunity to shoot.
Afterwards was
Roundtable, and a beautiful view of the moon on the drive home.

Need to buy covers, 3 tarps and 100 target faces.
Tymme announced his position is coming to an end in December.

Warder Martyn spoke in behalf, Ramon could not attend.

*Chatelaine Report – Tabytha*

The demo on the Sept 15th was rad and a great time. We had 5 Wyewoodians
that helped with Barony of Stromgard
Out of Chatelaine Cards.

*Webster Report – Geoffrey *We are still receiving 4-5 brute force attacks
per day on the website.

Updated several plugins on website

Made several updates to website

Added Arts Unframed web page

Updated several accounts on wyewood list server.






*Chronicler Report – Emma *
Nothing really new to report at this time.  Unfortunately real job has been
interfering but should lighten up.  I am working on Newsletter and finished
Champions Issue.
But I know that there is a lot of stuff going on, just trying to keep track
from Archery, Dancing, rapier practices, fiber nights and with our eventing.

*Baronage – Baron Evrard and Baroness Alessandra *September Crown was great
to see everyone.
Archeryfest was amazing and served well.
Please if you see anyone doing things of service, quietly or in front,
please let us know so we can recognize.

Emprise is this weekend and Her Excellency will be attending.
Retinue page is being worked on

Our Heavy Champion, Duke Skapti, will be attending the fighter practices
that are located in Wyewood on Sundays:

*New Dance Classes started in Wyewood.*
Martyn is learning how to teach with Sara.
Past Thursday was good but we need more people.
Next Practice is Thursday October 4th  and Dance will be at Arts Unframed.
