Oookaaay the attachment did not seem to work so below is the full event proposal.  This may be ugly since I have to copy-paste it into the email body.


As stated before, If it does, key thing to note for those who were not at the business meeting:  there are 2 budgets because there is the possibility I may not be on site due to modern requirements.  If I am not we have to pay for the custodian, and Lady Liadain is my "drop dead" deputy who is aware she is in charge should this happen.

An Event Proposal for Wyewood

Type of Event: Indoor Day Event

Date: September 30, 9 AM to 5 PM, 2017

Tentative Location: Kentridge High School

Proposed Activities:

  *   Displays and demonstrations (as if for an A&S competition or public demo)
  *   Hands-on A&S area – experienced artisans bring materials for people to try out their craft
  *   Book sharing
  *   Open space for socializing and working on projects
  *   Laurel scavenger hunt (find and chat with a laurel for 2 minutes, have them sign off on a sheet)
  *   “Ask Me About” nametags for Laurels (to replace consult table).
  *   Bardic performances
