[Wyewood] Arts Unframed Event Proposal

Greetings,


As per request, I am sending out the event proposal for Arts Unframed 2017.   I'm not sure if this list takes attachments so we'll see what happens.  If it does, key thing to note for those who were not at the business meeting:  there are 2 budgets because there is the possibility I may not be on site due to modern requirements.  If I am not we have to pay for the custodian, and Lady Liadain is my "drop dead" deputy who is aware she is in charge should this happen.
