[Wyewood] backing off Social Media

My friends,
As I am once again having issues with a recurrence of PTSD, and on the
advice of my counselor, I will be backing off social media.  Although there
are parts I enjoy, the constant influx of angst (pick your cause, I feel
your pain), is beyond my limits of endurance.  If someone could figure out
how I could only see controlled groups - where references to the modern
world are banned, I would more willing to go back.  Until I get my mental
strength back, I need peace and quiet.

I am available by pony messenger, smoke signals, and a variety of other
forms of communication, just not FB.
