Greetings all,

many of you may not know that as kingdom submissions herald, I am
*required* to notify submitters of the results of heraldic submissions.
This happens through OSCAR, the SCA's online heraldic commentary system,
which gives us a record that people have seen their notification.

A lot of people, of course, hear about their notifications another way, and
thus when they get their OSCAR notification they do not check it.  Things
waiting and not 'picked up' in OSCAR mean my job is incomplete. :(

I will be sending 'reminders' from OSCAR shortly.  If you get an email from
apache.sca.org with a heraldic notification, *please* click on the link.
If you get multiple emails please follow up on all of them.  Please do this
even if you already know your result.  Thank you for helping me do my job
right!
