[Wyewood] Lunch at Champions available

Thank you for the question, another comment I had intended to make but failed to do so! 

There will be "disposable" feast gear available, however those of us interested in maintaining our period look (and ecologically sound practices would be encouraged to bring (limited) feast gear. There are no soups. Also, there is no water, and we are not planning to wash any dishes on site.

Lunch at Champions! 

Only $5 for the whole thing! The menu and primary ingredients are fixed, and 
while some things may be added in final making, no alergens will be added 
where they don't currently appear! Pasties will be made with store pie 
crust, the ingredient list will be at gate. Any other questions, you can

Wyewood Champions 2016 
Lunch Menu and Ingredients* 

Roasted Vegetables and Squash Salad 

Roasted zucchini, yellow squash, carrots, onions and fennel, in vinaigrette 
of red wine vinegar, olive oil and oregano 


Lentil Salad 

Lentils, cooked with onions, cumin, cinnamon, and dressed with parsley, 
mint, must (reduced wine), red wine vinegar, gluten free breadcrumbs 


Bitter Green Salad 

Spinach, kale, and chard, with parsley, pomegranate, red wine vinegar, and 
olive oil 


Flatbread 

Simple yeast bread (there will be no GF bread served) 


Yoghurt Sauce 

Yoghurt with onion, mint, lemon, cumin, traces of cinnamon, cloves, allspice 


Herbed Cheese 

Farmer Cheese with onion, parsley, mint, orange, and cumin 


Mini Tarts - Spinach 

Spinach with onions, eggs, cheese, currants, parsley, ginger, nutmeg 


Pasty - Beef 

Pasties filled with beef, turnips, onions, carrots, currants, cinnamon, 
allspice, cloves, bay, tarragon 


Melon Salad 

Watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, with honey, mint, cinnamon 


Frytour Blaunched 

Fried dough (won tons!) filled with hazlenuts, date sugar (dates and oat 
bran), honey, ginger, cinnamon, spikenard 


Sauce for Pastries 

Honey, must (reduced red wine), ginger, cinnamon, spikenard 


Whey Lemonade with Mint 

Whey, lemon zest and juice, with mint 


* There will be no gluten free bread provided - feel free to bring your own! 
Clearly the flat bread, the tarts, the pasties, and the fried dough have 
gluten. The salads, the yoghurt and cheese are all gluten free.
