[Wyewood] Did I Overstep? (was Yule is ON!)

Does anyone have the notes from the last business meeting? I had thought that it was voted that I go forward with the plans for Yule, but as Amy's message below states, there must be another Business Meeting to approve before saying whether or not we have an event. I responded around 2pm, as one can see from the time stamp, but it did get me thinking that perhaps I had misunderstood the original vote.
 
Clarification, please?

Our Exchequer, Matillis, has agreed to be my mentor, and our Baroness has agreed to be my second. At the Emprise, I brought my paperwork, expecting there to be a meeting, but it didn't happen, so I corralled people as best I could, so I could get the site signed for before we lost it to someone else. 
 
The next business meeting is the 27th, correct?

Vilda,

Although the group agreed on a date and we submitted paperwork to the calendar this event is not official until an event bid has been submitted and approved at a business meeting.

Please bring all of the pertinent paperwork to the meeting on the 27th and be prepared to present the bid to the populace.  Also, please do not forget that you need an approved mentor for the event.
