[Wyewood] Wyewood in the Park

The evening for Wyewood in the Park has stealthily sneaked up upon us again.
As I write, rain taps on my windowpanes, although it is supposed to stop by midafternoon.
(If you can believe the wizards of weather whose crystal balls seem too foggy too often.)

Sunset tonight by 7:44, temps predicted around 70 degrees.
I would come if I were free, but alas, I didn't expect it to arrive two weeks in succession.

For those new to Wyewood:
* the 2nd and 4th Fridays of the month we have full contact socials (FCS) in Des Moines (see website)
* in the summer, on a week without an FCS, we might gather at Chestnut Ridge Park    (on the east hill, midway between Renton and Kent)

(when there are three weeks between a 4th Friday and the 2nd Friday of the following month, there might be two weeks in succession for Wyewood in the Park)

Anyhow, I'm busy tonight, helping shuffle people through auditions for the Wizard of Oz, a free performance coming up in November.
Will grab a broom and put on a witch's hat tonight instead of my usual Brythonic cloak and penannular brooch.
