[Officers] Event proposals

I am in favor of keeping the officers meeting and the business meeting on
the same day/location. To address the concerns presented:
1. Speaking in front of a group, while intimidating, is an important skill
for a leader to have. I think it is important that we think of our event
stewards as leaders and encourage them to try new things.
2. I have found that most topics discussed at the officers meeting are
relatively mundane. So rarely are there any sensitive topics that housing a
separate meeting every month seems wasteful. We always have the choice to
host a separate meeting as the need arises.
However, if it is the will of the group to change our present system, I
will gladly yield to the majority.
Oddny
