[Officers] 12th Night Bid

Greetings all,

I received a new contract from the potential 12th Night site and they were
able to remove the dreaded performance clause.  However, they changed the
sliding scale for the following pricing:

0-149 - $8,800
150-179 - $6,000
180-209 - $4,500
210-279 - $3,000
280 or more - $0

The pricing has increased but even the event that no one stays at the
hotel, our break-even point is only 600 people.  This is still a great bid
and I intend to present it at the business meeting tomorrow.

If the branch chooses to support this bid, I am prepared to send it to the
kingdom for decisioning by the end of the month.
