<p>Greetings all,</p>
<p>I received a new contract from the potential 12th Night site and they were able to remove the dreaded performance clause.  However, they changed the sliding scale for the following pricing:</p>
<p>0-149 - $8,800<br>
150-179 - $6,000<br>
180-209 - $4,500<br>
210-279 - $3,000<br>
280 or more - $0</p>
<p>The pricing has increased but even the event that no one stays at the hotel, our break-even point is only 600 people.  This is still a great bid and I intend to present it at the business meeting tomorrow.</p>
<p>If the branch chooses to support this bid, I am prepared to send it to the kingdom for decisioning by the end of the month.</p>
