[Officers] Quarterly reports are coming due for many

Officers:

Just a reminder that for many of you, quarterly reports are coming due to your respective Kingdom Officer.  Please see to it that you have their preferred reporting format (the Seneschal's report format underwent changes for Q4 and going forward) and that it is sent in on time.  As part of a background check to our branch advancement bid, they will be checking to see that we report in a timely manner.

Esclarmonde, would you be able to touch base with Athelyna at FCS to relay her any pertinent information from Q4, even if it is only to say "things were slow and we had no traffic"?  Thanks!
