[Officers] Officer's Meeting

Oh fearless Senechal of the great Incipient Barony of Wyewood,
 I fear I have been attacked by some opportunistic creatures of the microbial variety (who have me by the throat, but I will not surrender....!). I may be some days fighting this battle, so until that time I am unwilling to present my embattled self to any Gentles of the Shire, not wishing to expose any to the horrors of my misfortune. 

 Happily I have a deputy who will attend on my behalf and who will have my monthly report to present.
By Friday I am confident that I shall be victorious and will therefore be present.  There are a couple of checks that need signing and I hope to have the Doomsday finished by then to sign and send off. :-)
