Wyewood Officers Meeting January 10, 2011

Meeting called to order.

Heinrich requested spot on agenda to discuss demo options, but was unable to attend. He was contacted via speaker phone, and said he would like the demo to include heavy fighting, rapier and Wyewood citizens in medieval garb performing other tasks.

He asked about locations, and said it would be good if several demos could be done, possibly at different locations. Several locations were suggested, including Liberty Park in Renton, Earthworks Park in Kent. 

He requested input on timeframe, and received suggestions of after late April, when standing outside is again tolerable.





Tomas requested input in writing or emails on likes/dislikes of combined officer and business meetings.



Alianora said she will hold a hearth moot at the FCS on Friday.



Alianora is planning an event in September at a Mercer Island location



Esclarmonde has volunteered to be a focal point for collecting largesse items to be given to the crown. Please contact her if you have something to donate, or need more information.



Katarina is working on Feast financial report and the Wyewood end of year report. She will have more info by the time of the business meeting.



Culinary 2011 Symposium site got a partial walk through. The site was in use by another organization, so access to some parts was limited and/or restricted. The camp director is interested in attending, too. Website is being assembled, and will be available in the future.



OPEN Positions: Remember: volunteering as an officer is a great help to your branch!

Chronicler:   currently no applicants



Seneschal: One applicant, Constantine. Tomas will query the populace for input as to likes and concerns of Constantine serving as Seneschal.
