has the business meeting minutes from August 2003, which say the following:

Mostly Fibers

Attendance: 80--48 students, 25 teachers, and a few others.

Leticia used the event evaluation form from the autocrat guide on the 
web site. It works very well!

Money:

Gate took in $710 + a $4 coffee donation.
A budget of $550 was approved.
A total of $601.47 was spent. Leticia requested that she be reimbursed 
$51.47 for unapproved expenses.

It was moved and seconded that the clause in the financial policy 
requiring a month between request and approval be waived. The motion 
passed unanimously.

It was moved and seconded that Leticia be reimbursed $51.47 for 
additional expenses. The motion passed.
