[Officers] Info on previous 'Mostly Fiber' event

I did not find the event report for Mostly Fibers, but I did find the Quarterly report saying the event happened on July 25-27, 2003.
Caterina (the one who likes ducks) was the Seneschal at the time. 

So, I do have another bankers box to look through, but I don’t remember there being any event reports in it, but I’ll look anyway, another day.
