[Officers] A question for the officers

Officers, I have a question for you.  Given that the SCA is a  
non-profit, my work is willing to donate computer equipment.  There  
may or may not still be a projector, there are usually laptops and  
desktops.  Typically, they are Dell.

So, I guess the questions would be:  Does the branch have a use for them?

If so, is the need enough to bother with?

(in other words, if, say, we had 2 loaner laptops for officers to do  
quarterly reports on if they don't have a computer, is it worth it for  
storage and securing them to have them around to be used once every  
few months...)

Please provide feedback.
