[Officers] Quarterly reports due to Kingdom

The quarterly reports are due to your Kingdom superior officers by October 15th, as is my report.
If I do not receive a copy of your quarterly report, it will indicate no activity in that area. I'm hoping all departments had some activity this last quarter, as we had the Champion's Tourney during the time frame.
