[Officers] yule auction

Greetings all,

As I was preparing an email to the populous, I realized I had forgotten to
ask for a small budget for this.  I do not think it will cost more than $25.
This is the same budget that was allotted for the last auction.  Do I need
to wait until the next meeting to get this approved?
