February Business Meeting Minutes
February 26, 2010

Business Meeting Began: 7:31pm

* Previous Meeting Minutes were accepted unanimously.

Officer Business:
* If you are an officer please check the FCS Officer Rotation to know when you are hosting the FCS.  The Herald will be hosing the next meeting on March 12.
* The officers voted that the next Contingency Seneschal will be Constantine and the Exchequer will be Katerina.
* The next Officer’s meeting will be March 12 at the Burien Library.
* The Chatelaine and Rapier Marshall are both looking for a person to take over the position.

New Business:
* The Madrone Equestrian guild had asked Wyewood to provide someone to join the Emprise of the Black Lion Autocrat Team.   It has been suggested that Wyewood should request to do the concessions.  If you want to get involved contact Lord Tomas.  Evrard
will be the Archer in Charge. 
* There was a bid submitted for Wyewood Champions by Wulfyn.  She will present it at the next Officer’s meeting.
* The Dragon’s Laire Ithra is March 27-28.  Please keep your eyes open for the sign up e-mail coming soon.
