March Officer Meeting Minutes
March 8, 2010

Officer’s Meeting Began: 7:05pm

* Previous Meeting Minutes were accepted unanimously.

Proposed New Events:
* There is an informal project day at Dearbhail’s cabana – info to follow.
* Champion’s Tournament – proposal presented. Possible dates Oct. 2. The plan is to have a Champions Tourney in the morning followed by a harvest feast.  Wulfyn is the autocrat with Elin as the feastocrat.  The proposal was accepted with the two
following conditions:
a) The champion’s requirements must be typed up before we will approve proposal.
b) Confirm the date.

Old Business
* Please send Beleg all updates for the Website.  They need to be ready to cut and paste to the website.

Officer Reports:
* All officers must turn in a monthly report by the 15th of each month.  Any officer not doing this could be replaced per the Kingdom Seneschal.
* The Contingency to the Seneschal will be Constantine.    
* Esclarmonde has expressed interest in the Chatelaine position.
* The new Exchequer will be Katarina.  
* Ulrich has expressed interest in the position of Rapier Marshall.

New Business:
* The equestrian guild is interested in having Wyewood manage the parking at the Emprise. They also invite anybody who would like to come and demo to do so.  They’d be happy to have us do a demo or even a show of some kind.  Trish will talk to the branch
about this.
* The Fyrd have requested the Dragonwing for two upcoming wars.  Rasmus is aware of the rental policy and care of Dragonwing.
* Katarina offer to provide cardboard for target backing.  Tomas will email her dimensions.  
* The weekend of March 13 is the Mountain Man retreat and a good place to get SCA type supplies.
