[Officers] Meeting reminder/Chatelanie Report

Hello All, 

Just wanted to give you my report since I can not be there tonight. I should be there at the next Officer's Meeting in April. Please keep in mind, due to my school schedule, it has been a conflict, so I apologize for my absence. 

For newcomer email contacts: I have not received any since last appearance at FCS- Feb 12th. 

For newcomer's attendance at FCS: Last FCS, I have not been there - you all might know more than I. 

As most of you know, we have been asking for applications before my term was up in November. *GOOD NEWS* Lady Esclarmonde has applied for Chatelaine!!! :) Her interview is at the NEXT Officer's Meeting in April. 

For this month, there will not be a Chatelaine present. I might be able to swing the 12th, but I can not guarantee it right now. On the end of the month, I will be in class. 

We are still accepting applications, but interviews (to my knowledge) will all be conducting on April's Officer's Mtg. 
If you have any questions - please don't hesitate to call or give me an email. 

*** Non-related Report*** 
Lady Mina & myself are holding a Lady's Only Tea on April 18th, Sunday - we reserved the North Hill Community Center - it is a non-SCA event, but the ladies of Wyewood & their lady friends/girl children are invited. Does not cost anything. More details to come. So again, not an SCA event, no funds from Wyewood. It is just an invitation to the ladies of Wyewood. (ladies of all ages) no event report will be given - just a gathering to have tea/coffee & good company :) 

So lady Officer's - please come!

New business 


    • Bid submitted for Wyewood Champion's Tourney. All those wishing to help the event, or parts of it, to be run the way you want, should VOLUNTEER to help. Wulfwyn is the Autocrat, and will be managing the Archery portion. The event is planned for September 11, 2010. Send comments, or intention to volunteer to Wulfwyn and the Seneschal (Tomas) hoping for a full day, including Feast in the evening. Needs vote of the officers 
    • Any other new business 

Use of Dragon Wing 


    • Rasmus requests to transport to War at the Oasis and Baroness War 


News on future Events 


    • March 20- workshop day at Cabana where Dearbháil lives. 
    • March 12 FCS - pasta making culinary 
    • Emprise of the Black Lion September 24-26, 2010 


        • Wyewood to help out 
        • Trish is the Wyewood coordinator 
        • Request Heavy marshal and tournament coordinator

    • Web site Information updates to Beleg 


Also event information should be copied to Beleg, for inclusion in the Wyewood website. 

    • FCS Officer rotation. Be aware of responsibility. Be at the FCS site at least fifteen minutes early to help with setup. Stay until cleanup is done. If you can't be there on your scheduled date, let Seneschal know and try to trade with someone else.

    • Chatelaine positions is accepting resumes for those interested in filling the position
