New business
  a.. Bid submitted for Wyewood Champion's Tourney. All those wishing to help the event, or parts of it, to be run the way you want, should VOLUNTEER to help. Wulfwyn is the Autocrat, and will be managing the Archery portion. The event is planned for September 11, 2010. Send comments, or intention to volunteer to Wulfwyn and the Seneschal (Tomas) hoping for a full day, including Feast in the evening.  Needs vote of the officers

  a.. Rasmus requests to transport to War at the Oasis and Baroness War

  a.. Web site Information updates to Beleg
Also event information should be copied to Beleg, for inclusion in the Wyewood website.

  a.. FCS Officer rotation.  Be aware of responsibility. Be at the FCS site at least fifteen minutes early to help with setup. Stay until cleanup is done.  If you can't be there on your scheduled date, let Seneschal know and try to trade with someone else.
