February Officer Meeting Minutes
February 8, 2010

Officer’s Meeting Began: 7:15pm

* Previous Meeting Minutes were accepted unanimously.

Event Reports:
* Ursulmas – There were quite a few Wyewoodians who attended and volunteered.    

Proposed New Events:
* Cupid Get’s the Shaft 2.  Will be February 13 at 11:00pm.  Range will be open early.  
* Champion’s Tournament and KWWoS – pending proposal.    

Old Business
* Website updates – We are now on a free host. – Huzzah
* Please send Beleg all updates for the Website.  They need to be ready to cut and paste to the website.
* Trish has agreed to join the Autocrat staff of the Emprise of the Black Lion in September.  It will be at Reber Ranch.

Officer Reports:
* All officers must turn in a monthly report by the 15th of each month.  Any officer not doing this could be replaced per the Kingdom Seneschal.
* The Contingency to the Seneschal will be Constantine.    
* The March Officer Meeting will be at the Burien Library at 7:00pm.  
* The Chatelaine is looking for a person to take over the position.  Interested persons should send a letter of intent to both the Seneschal and the Exchequer.
* The new Exchequer will be Katarina.  
* We need to find a new Rapier Marshall as Bryan needs to retire sooner than expected.
* We have closed the Columbia Bank account.  We are now at Home Street Bank.  
* Change of Signers on Shire bank account.  Currently listed on the account are: 
o Todd Simpson President (Sebastian ffraser)
o Shere’e Robinson Treasurer (Miranda d’Gages)
o Linda Heath Assistant Treasurer (Matillis atte Hethe)
o Tom Kassens Vice President (Tomas MacDonagh)
o Scott Rhodes Member at Large (Bryan Campbell)
o Peter Gorshkoff  Member at large ( Pyotr Constantinovich)
* We will remove Todd Simpson, Scott Rhodes, Peter Gorshkoff  and add the following people:
o Jason Pfafman, Member at Large
o Samantha George, Assistant Treasure (Samantha George)
o Roberta Tower  (Elonda Blue Haven)

New Events:
* Culinary will be held at next FCS. 


* Dragon’s Laire is having an A&S Daycamp in April.  More info TBA.
* Glymm Mere is having the Kingdom A&S on March 5-7 in the town of Elma, southwest of Olympia.  Esclarmonde will be teaching there.  
* Grand Ithra will be March 27&28 in Dragon’s Laire.  If you are interested in teaching a class please contact Elisabeth.
