Here is the draft version of the January Business Meeting Minutes.  Please let me know if there are any changes before I send them out the the Wyewood list at large.

January Officer Meeting Minutes
January 22, 2010

Business Meeting Began: 7:32pm

* Previous Meeting Minutes were accepted unanimously.

Officer Business:
* If you are an officer please check the FCS Officer Rotation to know when you are hosting the FCS.  The Chatelaine will be hosing the next meeting on February 12.
* The officers will be determining the Contingency Seneschal and Exchequer at the next Officer’s meeting.  The Contingency Seneschal has two candidates, Constantine and Mina.  The Exchequer candidate is Katerina.
* The next Officer’s meeting will be February 8 at Tomas’ house.  The March meeting will be at the Burien library.
* The Chatelaine and Rapier Marshall are both looking for a person to take over the position.

New Business:
* If you wish to use the new Dragonwing you will need to use the new sign-out sheet provided by the Chamberlain.  
* Gordon Redwing has created a new stamp to use to make tablecloths.  He made the original many years ago.  
* The Madrone Equestrian guild had asked Wyewood to provide someone to join the Emprise of the Black Lion Autocrat Team.   It has been suggested that Wyewood should request to do the concessions.  If you want to get involved contact Lord Tomas.  Evrard
will be the Archer in Charge. 
* Wyewood is known for our food.  We should come up with a way to bring food to each FCS to make it for fun and festive.
* At the next FCS Finoodles will be having culinary.  She will post a list of ingredients and tools that she will need, so everyone can help.
* Wyewood Champions – was suggested to combine Wyewood Champions and Known Wide World of Sports and make it a 2 day camping event.  If they are not combined Tomas suggested that the autocrat for this KWWoS should look at Mud Mountain Dam.
