Customary is still under review, but so far minimal comments have come in.  I sent out an e-blast this afternoon that the review period ends March 15th.  Avine commissioned Donnchad to create a new map of the Baronial lands, and it’s wonderful.

$4525.92 in chequing, $8858.36in savings
For a total of just over $13,384

Deposits not received at this time include:
- Refund from Auburn City Parks for damage deposit from St. Bubba’s site
- Proceeds from credit-card transactions from Kingdom for St. Bubba’s

o less $73.25 in fees

Upcoming expenditures: ½ year storage locker fees and ½ year contribution to UCC for one-per-month use of church for full contact social meetings.


Chatelaine – Kate

Lot this time! April 12th is Dragon Days demo in Renton. Spoke to Kingdom Chateline who will spearhead again. Will shadow her to see how it is done.

Puget Sound area invited to participate in Pride parade in June, but participation in parade is $800. Asking if Wyewood is interested in pooling in with other baronies. Offered alternative- go as a group in garb as observers at no cost.  Does not have cost to watch parade as a group. Madrone had asked Michelino about the parade 6/28.

Not fond of Discord, ok with Kingdom Chatelaine check Discord weekly.

We have 2 1/2 “ buttons for newcomers. Wishes to create a pool of people willing to take new participants under their wings.



A&S - Petra
Past Saturday saw 8 people at A&S Social, mostly new people. Next will be April 11th. Will send out info, but likely to be in north Kent.

Herald - Mir
Person is trying to get modern device passed. It is currently protected. They sent in more information. This has been passed to Kingdom superiors to continue to pursue their vision.

Scribe - OPEN
Margaret will send Gwen description to post for potential candidates.

Requesting submissions of articles, pictures or items to be included in the next edition of the Wye’s Mouth

Archery - Tymme
Archery is still happening. Have had 2 practices in a row. Time to glue new targets. Cardboard will be appreciated. 26x26” minimum cardboard needed; 26x30” preferred.

Rapier - Dearbhail
Currently in England. No report.

Heavy – Raoukinn – probably won’t be able to make the meeting.
Heavy fighting is happening at Kennydale on Saturdays at noon we have had a good consistent crowd.  I bought some stickers for loaner gear that says "loaner gear", once those come in, we will plaster the loaner armor.  Sir Vilius is working on getting Duchess Helga down to teach a smaller fighter class for the Wyewood/ Madrone fighters.  More on that as it develops.

Social Media – Michelino
We had an outage of the mailing list for about 5 or so hours. I happened to check in with Wenyeva atte grene about getting admin on the list, and she discovered the outage and opened a ticket with the hosting provider, so it got fixed promptly. Much thanks to Wenyeva for hosting and attending to the list.

Related, I did get the social media account added as an admin to the email list, so I can check for held emails, etc. I also made a slight update to the Discord to make it a smidge easier to see joins and departures.

Since the last business meeting, one person joined Discord, and one left. Two joined the FB group. The mailing list has 154 members.

Webster – Simon
Not of a lot of changes in last few weeks. Asking for Dragon Days info to add to website. Kate will send. Changing Office 365 licensure. Move to Google work space starting mid April. Need to decrease accounts by 2/3. Does not know which offices will keep their accounts. More information at meeting at Kingdom A&S. Following up with Levi on transferring files and email.

Looking to head to Baroness War. Would love to see us all. Come compete for your Baroness!

Old Business
Feast of St. Bubba – Gabri
Need to get deposit check to Sara. All lost and found claimed and being returned to owners.

Day of Archery – Simon
Bid presented- May 9th date. Estimated 40 adults, half dozen youth. Privy has been $365, estimate left the same. Would like to continue tradition of Brats with the Baroness- lunch will be $5- 10. Comped will be coronets and any Crown or Kingdom officers who chose to attend. Lunch expected to be about 32 participating. Break even 35 attending. Increased site fee to $15 for members.

Petra has been approached to teach A&S. Simon proposed informal open salon. Will discuss details later. Simon will coordinate archery centric classes.

Discussion around Aquaterra bringing siege weapons. Tymme is concerned about safe distance to actually be able to fire.

Needing Thrown Weapons Marshal.

Chamberlain excellent at getting equipment to site.

Will fill out Crier form.

New bid form for events used. Looking into creating PDF and possibly Word fillable form. Form created by Gwen and Avine. Huge thanks to them
