Hi all,

Our next business meeting is next Tuesday 3/10, on Zoom at 7pm. If you are planning to submit an event bid for Day of Archery (5/7), please send a finalized bid to the Coronets and the Seneschal by end of day Sunday 3/8 so we can review it prior to the meeting.

Since deadlines for the Crier are closing in, we would expect a full bid with schedule, estimated attendance, estimated costs and income, and a full roster of event staff, including the gate head. Classes and teachers do not need to be finalized yet.
