[Wyewood] Wyewood suite for 12th Night

Greetings all.

I wanted to do an update regarding the suite for 12th Night.

The suite will be available for those who want to hang out. If nobody is in there, see me, Dearbhail, Gwen or Margaret for access.

We are not planning any specific activities for the suite. If you want to work on a project, or bring food/beverages for yourself, or to share with others, that's fine. The suite has a small fridge and some kitchen facilities. Please only take food that has been identified as for sharing. Please make sure to clean up after yourselves.

The suite will also be the sleeping quarters for myself and Dearbhail. When it's time for us to crash, we'll be asking anybody remaining in the suite to depart.

On Sunday morning, we would ask anyone who made use of the suite to help with any final cleanout.

We don't have a room number for the suite, but it will be on the top floor (penthouse) of the hotel. Once we get a number, I'll post it.
