Don't forget that we do have the Discord server that you are or were a member of, for communications, as well.  It is more lively than it used to be, which is nice.  An Tir also has one and we can forward an invite if you'd like.  That one is quite busy.  
Rapier and Cut and Thrust practice is held outside, so you might make you feel safe enough to work with others.  I understood there was someone working on a Sr. Cut and Thrust marshal but you would have to speak to Dearbhail for confirmation.  
Perhaps we can make a return to "Wyewood in the Park" gatherings this spring.  A weeknight gathering, outside, might work better for some, and afford us a place for an extra fight practice.

Prynhawn da friends,
Just a short message to mention that it seems very difficult to be in the loop when not part of facebook. I've faded in and out of FB over the years, for many reasons. Not being on it has caused damage to my participation, at least virtually so.

Also, I really don't want to lose contact with the precious folks I've met in my year one of the SCA experience. It's getting to the point for me, (with what I've heard as my diabetes, blood pressure and obesity as essentially an immune compromised status), that electronic communication is all I'm going to get until the plague is stamped out. So I am  just letting all know that I'm still here and can be contacted privately as well at:

I'm geared up to try Cut & Thrust, plus I'm desperate to find one Kent local fencing partner for impromptu sessions with some latex/foam larp weapons (they look great and handle well, which shocked me very much as the whole idea of latex foam seemed knavish to me). I think just one fencing partner would cut the risk of contracting covid down very much.

Well, if I don't see anyone for the rest of the year, I do remember faces (maybe not the names as well) and your fabulous costumes, skills and noble character and think often about how much better the world would be if there were more SCA'dians around.
