A note from the authorizations database team:
"Good Afternoon An Tir!
I have exciting news for all of our fighters and marshals.
Earlier this year I began a project to update our An Tir List system, where all of our authorizations are stored. This has been approved by the Crown and Seneschal but I am still working with the webminister to get the official website ready. Today though, I am here to announce that I have officially launched a test version of the site for everyone to check out.

What is the point of a new authorization system, you may ask. This system is designed to streamline the process of authorizing fighters by having fully online authorizations! No more need to print out a paper, find a pen to fill it out, make sure that everything is legible, fill it in, and wait for confirmation that it got received. The process in this system is that a marshal will log in with their username, find the user, pick the authorizations from a set of drop downs, and hit submit. Anywhere you have internet access you can approve a fighter within minutes!
As I mentioned, this isn't the official version, so what is it then? Like all computer programs, there are almost certainly bugs in this system. So this is a test version of the system so that you all can go in and see how it works and let me know about any problems you find. Because its a test system there are some special features such as the ability to give yourself any authorizations and marshal officer positions you want. It is also a bit slower since it is on a cheap server.
The system does have a filled out database with random invented users so that you can see how looking up authorizations by branch, type, authorization date, etc. work. This test version allows you to create users as well. When you create a new user you'll be emailed a password (which it will ask you to change once you login) so you'll want to use an email you have access to.
