[Wyewood] Armored practice moving nights and location

A note from Baroness Rauokinn about armored practice:
"While we continue to search for an adequate site for armored practice on a week night, we will be moving armored practice to Sundays at the covered area at Talbot Hill Elementary to begin around 1ish after the rapier fighters practice ends.  We will start this Sunday, November 16th.  If you have questions, let me know.  Thanks!
