We need you...to join the SCA Survey Group!

In order to better our SCA community, we have started an SCA Survey Group to gather information about how participants interact with the SCA and its activities.

The email address you supply will be used for contacting you regarding future surveys if you are willing to participate in them.  All other information gathered via surveys in the survey group will be used strictly for statistical analysis of how participants interact with the SCA and its activities.  No personal identifying information will be sought or retained.  The information received will be used only within the SCA, and will not be distributed to any other entity.
