   meeting there.

      Decision was made to cancel this month’s FCS, will resume in November.

Social Media

   -

   Events are made in Facebook or the coming months. Will update meetings
   for the monthly social now that we are meeting the 4th week.


Chatelaine

   -

   Moving forward, a modified newcomer’s badge will be worn by Chatelaines
   as a belt favor.
   -

   TRM asked if our Barony are interested in hosting KA&S and QRC in March
   2025.
   -

      Alessandra shared from Curia that there is no current bid. Kingdom
      Events Deputy has confirmed that the Convention Center in Ocean Shores is
      available. There is some discussion of a request for variance
for the date.
      -

      Aline, Alessandra, Torgrim, and Simon will meet to consider a bid.


A&S

   -

   Planning an A&S Library day on November 17. Will communicate location
   when able to schedule a library (28 days before).
   -

   We have been invited to do an A&S display at Odinfest at the Swedish
   Club in Seattle, October 19, 2:00 pm - 7:00 pm. If interested please reach
   out to Sapphira.


Webster

   -

   Will update the calendar with new meeting dates.
   -

   Will update new officers - Chronicler and Herald. Seneschal will update
   after January 1.


Herald

   -

   Will be building a heraldic team for Wyewood. Please refer anyone
   interested in heraldic activities to Magister Miro.
   -

   Will be reaching out to Johannes about the current status of
   submissions. If you have an outstanding submission and would like an
   update, please reach out.


Chronicler

   -

   Working with Webster to revive the Wye’s Mouth newsletter as a feature
   on the Wyewood website.
   -

   Teaching a class on newsletters at Collegium.


Rapier

   -

   Still having practice. School covered area is under construction, so
   practicing at the park next door. Will continue to do so when weather
   allows.
   -

   As Spring and Summer approach, hoping there can be A&S activities and
   other representation at practices.
   -

   Cut and Thrust continues to be popular. Looking for a Cut and Thrust
   Marshal for the Barony.


Archery

   -

   Still having practice.
   -

   Simon helped with recovering a bulldog. Will be asking for help before
   or after practice on Saturday for additional range maintenance.


Coronet

   -

   Baroness Spike of Madrone reached out to see if Wyewood is interested in
   a blue cover for a pop-up. It is cover only, not the pop-up itself.
   Consensus is we don’t need it at this time.
   -

   They have no events planned for October while recovering good health.
   Will be looking at November schedule.
   -

   Expressed gratitude to incoming and outgoing officers.
   -

   Congratulations to Torgrim on Sable Gauntlet and Gwen on Jambe de Leon.
   -

   Be sure to let Their Excellencies know about award recommendations you
   send to Kingdom so they can offer their recommendations.
   -

   The time to look for a successor is coming near. Please reach out if you
   are interested in running for Coronet.


Old Business

   -

   Business meeting scheduling changes
   -

      Dietrich confirmed with the church that we can shift to 4th Friday.
      -

      We will not have an FCS in October. Will resume on November 22.
      -

   Next Business meeting is November 13 at 7:30 pm.


New Business

   -

   No new business.
