Coming up on 2 years in office, I would like a replacement in place. Did one consultation conversation in the last month.

Chatelaine-
Event on April 21st someone to do list and anyone with musical talent to be involved with activities and hang up banners and heraldry getting heavy practice rolling sea tac will forward the information, Her Excellency will do outreach to a few known musicians belly dancing romani dancing led by Sir Brand

Norwescon- demo table needing seats to fill thursday friday saturday sunday passes will be provided to those who sit as well as those involved with Sir Galvin’s Demo has spreadsheet and can give information will post sign up times

Equestrian Madrona practice once a month if anyone is interested in horses, big push at autumn war. Have a post for anyone interested maple valley- ask Baroness about location for notes

Kingdom chatelaine stepping up end of year, perhaps getting a deputy in order so he can move further up


Arts and Sciences-
This month the Library Day was on March 24th; 10 people in attendance. Emerald City comic con lots of flyers and A&S demo, lots of interests from those from all over the state. A strong start, hopefully will yield something.  April 28th Kent library. Perhaps restarting the Art and science tent at archery practice. Hoping for a big draw

A&S championship Day of Archery we need to put out an announcement.


Archery-
Still happening thanks to those who covered it. Still need help with set up and take down. Position is still technically open as well. Tarp was stolen. Put the stand away since it is not in use


Thrown Weapons-
Vacant for Now.


Heavy Weapons Marshal-
Vacant for Now.


Rapier-
Still having it with great turn out with 25 people 15 most recent practice. Waiting on certifications for youth rapier. One youth shows up weekly and has shown good improvement. New people interested in rapier and accumulating gear. Refill paperwork to update warrant

Asked a few clarifying questions.

Find a place to put the minutes. Hopefully posting more regularly. Perhaps through the email list. Archive with the Wyse Mouth


Baronage-
His excellency sends regards as he will be away for the next few meetings. Taking close to the home fires as His excellency transitions job changes. Mostly be local due to work events of Her Excellency. Trying to come out to local practices. Will be attending May crown and then July coronation. Step down August of 2025. Few have expressed interest.


Old Business-
Norwescon Volunteer chair spaces available- has been posted to pages


New Business-
Proposal submitted June 22nd. 48 attendees last year, filling positions still needs to happen- Same thing as last year except it'll include the A&S Championship. Contacting privy company about price changes.

The proposal was approved with no objections.
