Change of Date - April 2024 Quarterly Board Meeting
MARCH 23, 2024 |  SCA COMMUNICATIONS
Due schedule conflicts, the date of the April Quarterly Board Meeting has
been changed to April 14, 2024.

A further announcement will be made when registration for the virtual
meeting is opened.
