Seneschal

Dietrich is stepping down as Seneschal and Gwen will be stepping up in January.

FCS date change - church is available fourth Friday, so we can start meeting there.

A&S

  *
There was a Wyewood Library Social on 11/17 at Renton Library. Several people showed up.

Dance is still happening.
  *
Sapphira will need to step down and is hoping for a replacement.

Webster

  *
Replaced calendar on website. Should be up to date.

Herald

  *
Has library up and still organizing it.
  *
Working to get the Herald Office account up but working through technical issues.
  *
Looking for an in-person event to share the library and do some heraldic display and education.

Chronicler

  *
Activity continuing as usual.
  *
Still goal of establishing newsletter but it may be a while.

Chamberlain

  *
Not present

Rapier

  *
Consistently 6-8 people at practice. Are able to access school covered area again.

Dec 22, Borius is hosting a tournament at practice at usual time.

Archery

  *
Still having practice, weather permitting.
  *
Johan repaired a foam target but it needs repair again. They are kept because they are easy for kids to get the arrow to stick. Tymme is looking for other solutions.
  *
All thrown weapons items at the range/site have been disposed of, except for a tarp which was kept for other use. If a deputy is found, there will need to be some purchases.

Coronet

  *
Will be at 12th Night and Ursulmas.
  *
Are looking at step-down being a Day of Archery event on May 31 with a combined Lion’s Heart event for Madrone.
  *
Process to find a replacement should start after January.

Old Business

  *
Kingdom A&S and Rapier Bid
     *
Ocean Shores is available Saturday and Sunday but not Friday. No other options are available. We are able to get in at 7:00 am on Saturday morning and should be able to set up adequately.
     *
Ready to take bid to Kingdom for approval if there are no objections. No objections were raised.

New Business

  *
September 6 has been reserved on the Kingdom Calendar for Wyewood Champions and a bid is needed.
  *
Tymme is working on a bid for Day of Archery and is working with Madrone to get a co-steward for the Lion’s Heart part of the event. Some aspects are falling into place already. Looking for key positions like gate lead and Archery Marshal in Charge.
  *
Discussion of whether to have a different type of online meeting account like Zoom. Research will happen.

There will be no FCS in December.
