  - Day of Dance on Sat (Dec 7) in the afternoon at Porte de l'Eau/ 
Madrone Good Yule in Bellevue (just off I-90)

  - Wyewood dance practice on 3rd Thursday (Dec 19) ... moved it a week 
ahead for December ... at my home.

Greetings dancers from Trahaearn!

The Day of Dance [1] at Good Yule [2] is this weekend (on Saturday, 
December 7), so you're invited to come to the Canton of Porte de l'Eau 
dance practice this week (on Thursday, December 5) to preview some of 
the dances planned and get some extra practice time before the event. 
Dances will be selected so that dancers of all skill levels, from novice 
to advanced, can enjoy participating.

We dance in the Canton on the first Thursday of each month from 7 PM to 
9 PM. We enjoy a variety of English, French, and Italian dances that 
date from about 1450 to 1651. Newcomers (to the SCA and/or to dancing) 
are always welcome. Most of us will be in modern clothes and comfortable 
shoes, but garb is always welcome.

Practice will be at Trahaearn and Janelyn's home: 206 State St S, 
Kirkland, WA (two blocks south of the Kirkland Transit Center and 
Kirkland Library). Direct buses run here from UW Link station, Bellevue 
TC, and Redmond TC. If you're driving, parking is usually easier on 
State St itself than on the side streets.
