[Wyewood] Missive from SCA Corporate

Please Note: the SCA Corporate Office will be closed this coming Thursday,
November 23 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday and will reopen the
following Monday, November 27.
As a reminder, our regular business hours are Monday through Thursday, 9am
to 4pm Pacific time.
The office will also be closed for a midwinter break Monday, December 25
through Monday, January 1. Our last day in-office will be Thursday, December
21, 2023. We will resume operations on Tuesday, January 2, 2024.
In advance of the holidays, please make note of the following deadlines and
plan accordingly:
. Insurance certificate requests for events occurring in the first week of
January must be received by the office no later than Thursday, December 7.
. Insurance certificate requests for events occurring in the second week of
January must be received by the office no later than Thursday, December 14.
. Insurance certificate requests, bank authorizations, and background check
inquiries received in the week of Thursday, December 21 may not be processed
until the new year.
