Hello to the people of Wyewood and other dance friends of An Tir

January Dance practice for the Barony of Wyewood is this Thursday, 
January 19, at my home, 7:00 to 9:00 PM

What can you can expect at our practices?
   -- Samples from all the basic basic dance types, spanning 200 years!
        (excellent for Serjeantry candidates)
   -- Requests from those attending that evening's practice
   -- Favorites of the dance mistress

This month, we will probably revisit some of the dances that did not get 
taught at 12th Night (it was a looong list), along with requests and 
favorites, and maybe explore some new English Country dances.

Current COVID practices:
   • You may wear a mask or not, depending on your level of comfort 
around other people
   • Hand sanitizer will be available, since we often hold hands in 
dances
   • Current Kingdom policy will be followed.

Important note from the SCA: Although the SCA complies with all 
applicable laws to ensure the health and safety of our event 
participants, we cannot eliminate the risk of exposure to infectious 
diseases during in-person events. By participating in the in-person 
events of the SCA, you acknowledge and accept the potential risks. You 
agree to take any additional steps to protect your own health and safety 
and those under your control as you believe to be necessary.
