[Wyewood] A&S tablet weaving class & geak-out yesterday.

For those who missed it, the tablet weaving class followed by continued 
practice and weaving geak-out on Saturday was a total blast.

Elewys taught a great class, teaching a method of warping onto an 
inkle-loom that had people up and weaving in no time. She also brought 
some wonderful examples of weaving (2 basketfuls!) along with some of 
her library and a book with examples of interpreting and weaving samples 
based on extant fragments. She also taught the "dismount", how to 
back-weave your weft thread when you are done, so that your piece does 
not ravel.  Overall, I learned several useful tips.  And there were 
other examples of expert weaving brought by Sofia and others.

Thank you to Dearbhail for arranging such a nice space for us to gather 
with our various looms and supplies.
